GET STORE wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at yousefmahroum17@gmail.com or via the WhatsApp button on our site, with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Since all orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds are issued as store credit or a replacement item, coordinated directly with you by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us at yousefmahroum17@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our standard return process still applies.
